They offer fast,freindly service...i was very happy with my recent experience. The mechanics seem very knowledgeable and they are willing to explain everything to you.
Had my F350 there for oil change and fuel filter change. After 2 hours of waiting and 506.00 bill I left. 2 weeks later truck broke down called ford to pick it up the result was fuel filters that had never been changed that I was charged for. Called NTB never got a call back not even from corporate. They are a rip off.
Not such a good experience
Took a set of tires in and they "couldn't balance them". They removed the old wheel weights and couldn't put new ones on. Walmart did it without whining.
