If I could leave less than a one star I would. There is a complete lack of respect for customers! Long story short I was told at returns that I needed to go to electronics to return an iPhone I was misinformed about. Upon arrival I was immediately treated poorly by Brittany! Then when she requested her managers assistances who told me after I had been waiting for 45 minutes that I needed to go back to returns! I kindly asked if he could do the return where we were, and he flailed his arms at me saying he wouldn't and couldn't return it there. After a heated argument he proved my point that he could return it at electronics and was simply unwilling to. What a great way to loose customers!
The store has everything I need in one location. Now that they have a gas station across the parking lot. The convenience is nice.
