We had 2 appliances go out in one week with a third on the brink of failure. We shopped the website and found 3 extremely reasonable replacements. The staff upon entering was very friendly and helpful. We purchased the washer, dryer, and dishwasher from their scratch and dent section. NOT finding a scratch or dent on any of the 3.

Never going to big box store again for appliances. Really great service, above and beyond, to get us back in business in times of crisis (washer, refrigerator, etc). Installation techs are professional and, when faced with problems unique to our house, knew how to improvise to get the job done. Very pleased.
Delivery was made the very next day. Travis and his helper set up, tested, and hooked up the washer and dryer. They called when staff said delivery men would call !!! AWESOME!!
My wife called because our dryer stopped working mid cycle. The gentleman on the phone asked her a few questions and scheduled the appointment for Rick to come look at it. He told her early afternoon but Rick is so good at his job, he was at the house by 11:10 and even called a half hour before his arrival. He had it back in working order in 30 minutes and even cleaned out the vent so we wouldn't have troubles in the future. I know who I will be calling in the future for all my appliance repair needs!
