After dealing with Weirton DMV (morons) i had low expectations of Moundsville. I am sorry i was judgmental. These ladies were so sweet and helpful. I will drive the extra 40 minutes passed Weirton for their buisness. I was astonished by how professional and caring they were. Thank you ladies!
I have never spent less than 2 hours here. Most staff are rude but if you're lucky, there is at least one kind, helpful person.
Brought in a document from their accepted list and she told me they couldn't take it. When I showed her that they could, she told me it was dated too far out despite being a couple months old and me having other papers that clearly showed I was now a WV resident. The list only said the date cutoff only applied to utility bills. Too crowded to fight them. Yet with the hubby they accepted his tobacco coupons as proof of residency when he didn't come prepared. Waste of time.
Pretty organised. Weekdays ate nice and easy however there could a crowd there towards the weekends. Staff is professional and the lady at the Test desk is quite friendly.
They are always pleasant. They give DMVs a good name!
