My daughter nearly lost her job because of complete and utter lack of attention to their job!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! (from the ground floor to the so called supervisors who do not take responsibility for their mistakes!)
however, after more than a month, my daughter is still unable to work full time and the temp period is coming to a close, and still no background check!
When the transmission fails, they are to retransmit as many times as necessary to complete the job. If the digital file is damaged and will not transmit, they are to contact the customer and get a new digital print to resubmit.
We (my daughter) had to call again to request the refund the following week! they now tell her the refund will take 3 week!
I'm inclined to go that far!
All they have to do is take a digital scan of your prints then TRANSMIT them to another location for processing!!!!
These clowns didn't even know there was a problem, nobody ever looked to see if it transmitted or not.
Seriously, if you absolutely MUST use this company of clowns, Be sure to stay on top of them or they will waist your time and resources like they did ours!

What a scam! not only did they charge more than twice the amount of other companies performing the same task, but they also failed to deliver and cost my daughter more than a month of wages and nearly cost her her job! So where do we go for lost wages???? an attorney?!
